Almacén OS offers three plans: Starter from €289/year (up to 3 users and 8,000 items), Pro from €789/year (up to 10 users, API and phone support) and Enterprise with custom pricing for more than 10 users. All prices are net excluding VAT. Discounts of 10-19% are applied for 2 and 3 year contracts.

Yes, Almacén OS offers 30 days free trial without requiring a credit card. Just register at www.almacenos.es and you can start using the app in less than 5 minutes. When the trial ends, no automatic charge is made.

What devices does Almacén OS work on?

Almacén OS works on iPhone and iPad (iOS), Android smartphones and tablets, and any modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). All data syncs in real-time between devices, so you can start on your computer and continue on your phone without losing any information.

Does Almacén OS have English support?

Yes, both the application and customer support are fully available in English. Also available in Spanish, German and other languages. The support team responds via email and, in the Pro plan, also by phone.

Is it safe to store data in Almacén OS?

Yes, Almacén OS is certified as 'Software Hosted in Germany' and 'Software Made in Germany' by the Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand (BITMi). All data is hosted on European servers in Germany, with SSL encryption and GDPR compliance. The company has technical and organizational measures in accordance with Art. 32 of the GDPR.

Can I import data from Excel or other systems?

Yes, Almacén OS allows you to import existing data so you don't have to start from scratch. Additionally, the Pro plan includes an open API with Webhooks to integrate Almacén OS with your other business systems and tools.
